Delivery Information:
Our airfreight service ensures a swift delivery, with a maximum transit time of 3-5 working days, depending on the destination. Please note that a signature will be required upon receipt.
While we make every effort to meet these delivery times, external factors such as poor weather conditions, bank holidays, or strikes may cause delays, for which we cannot be held responsible.
When ordering from our site for overseas delivery, be aware that additional import duties and taxes may apply upon reaching the destination. Any extra charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient, as we have no control over these fees.

Return/Refund Information:
We are delighted to accept timely returns of items that meet the following criteria within 14 days from the date you received your order:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
Returns within United Arab Emirates & Internationally:
We do not offer free returns but charge for the shipping cost only - we can organize the return for you through couriers and the cost will be deducted from the total refund amount or we will send you an invoice for the return cost.

- GCC: 150AED
- International: Depends on location please contact us for exact quotes
If you would like to handle the return yourself please contact us and once we receive the item we will initiate a full refund.
To request a return/refund -
- Go through your account page by clicking the user icon.
- Click on the item you want to return/refund.
- There will be a request return button on that page, simply click it and return process will start.

Discounted Items Return & Exchange Policy
Items purchased at a discounted rate during a sale period are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, but with a shorter return window compared to our standard policy.

Request Period: Must be made within 3 days of receiving your order (compared to our standard 14-day policy).

Shipping Charges: Standard shipping fees for returns and exchanges will apply.

Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

EID Deliveries:

International Orders: All international orders placed on or after March 25th will not be guaranteed delivery for Eid. While we will do our best to deliver orders before Eid, we cannot guarantee timely delivery due to holiday schedules, courier availability, and customs processing in your region.

Local UAE Orders: We will continue delivering orders within the UAE until the day before Eid to ensure our customers receive their outfits in time for the celebration.
