RETURN & EXCHANGE

We are delighted to accept timely returns of items that meet the following criteria within 14 days from the date you received your order:
  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Undamaged

Returns within United Arab Emirates & Internationally: 

We do not offer free returns and charge for the shipping cost only - we can organize the return for you and the cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

If you would like to handle the return yourself please contact us and once we receive the item we will initiate a full refund.

To request a return/refund -

  1. Go through your account page by clicking the user icon.
  2. Click on the item you want to return/refund.
  3. There will be a request return button on that page, simply click it and return process will start.

How to Initiate an Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, reach out to us via email at info@chaselabel.com or send us a message on our Instagram and we will be able to help guide you through it as smoothly as possible.

Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
